Für die Performance 1* FC Ultra vom Mannheimer Stadtensemble in der Regie von Jäckie Rydz und Choreografie von Pamela Moraga, die Fußball als queeres Ritual erforscht, suchen wir zwei genderqueere (trans, gender-nonconforming, non-binary, queer, *) Tänzer*innen, die

• im Raum Mannheim leben
• sich mit zeitgenössischem Tanz wohlfühlen
• während der Probenzeit und den Aufführungen des Mannheimer Stadtensembles am Nationaltheater Mannheim [27.01.25 – 08.03.25, weitere Vorstellungen in Planung] voll verfügbar sind

BiPoc-Tänzer*innen sind besonders herzlich eingeladen, sich zu bewerben. Das Casting ist am 31. Oktober 2024 in den Räumlichkeiten des Mannheimer Stadtsensembles, R4, 5-7.

Die Premiere und Aufführungen finden im Studio Werkhaus des Nationaltheaters Mannheim statt.

Bitte schickt einen Lebenslauf oder Portfolio und eine kurze Vorstellung deiner Person an das Mannheimer Stadtensemble bis zum 20. Oktober. Nach einer ersten Sichtung schicken wir dir ein detailliertes Konzept des Stückes zu und freuen uns, dich am 31. Oktober kennenzulernen.

For a performance from the Mannheimer Stadtensemble with artistic direction of Jäckie Rydz and choreography from Pamela Moraga on soccer as a queer ritual titled 1* FC Ultra we are looking for two genderqueer (trans, gender-nonconforming, non-binary, queer, *) dancers who

• live in the Mannheim area
• are comfortable with contemporary dance
• are fully available during the rehearsal time and shows from the Mannheimer Stadtensemble at Nationaltheater Mannheim [27.01.25- 08.03.25, more being planned for the following months]

BiPoc dancers are especially welcome to apply. The Casting will take place on the 31st of October 2024 in the facilities of the Mannheimer Stadtensemble, R4, 5-7.

The premier and performances are taking place at Studio Werkhaus of the Nationaltheater Mannheim.

Please send your CV or Portfolio and a short intro about you to the Mannheimer Stadtensemble until the 20th of October. We will then check the applications in a first round, send you a detailed concept of the piece and are happy to meet you on the 31st of October.
